Description
Group Tours (High School Groups)
Group Tours are designed for high school groups of 20 students or fewer and take place at LCCC’s main campus in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
What’s included:
- A guided walking tour of campus (Please note, inclusion of the Residence Halls may vary based on group size and age)
- A brief presentation from Enrollment Services covering next steps and the benefits of attending LCCC
Good to know:
- Duration: Approximately 2 hours
- Schedule at least: 1 week in advance
Occasionally, small junior high group tours may be accommodated by special request. We are not able to host elementary school group tours.

- Where do we park?
Parking is free at LCCC, and permits are not required except in the Residence Hall lots.
The closest parking to the Clay Pathfinder Building is in lots B, C, or E. View a campus map including parking lots here.
There is a convenient drop-off circle in the front of the Clay Pathfinder building where you can have a bus drop you off. There is usually plenty of room for school busses, particularly in lot C.
- Can we add other activities to our group tour?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any specialization requests for Group Tours. Our tour will include a walkthrough of our main campus buildings to showcase our living and learning spaces. We cannot host extra or personalized activities as part of a Group Tour.
- Can we have lunch?
You are welcome to enjoy lunch on-campus before or after your tour,. However please note that you must purchase your lunches, as we are not able to provide lunch for your Group Tour. We would be happy to help you coordinate your lunch plans with the LCCC Dining Services staff to be sure they can accommodate your group on your chosen day.
- Can we bring more than 20 students?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate groups larger than 20 students, to ensure adequate staffing and monitoring of appropriate student behavior.
